Bio
From his early age, Mario grew up within his father’s architectural design studio. Appreciating two-dimensional drafts and seeing them projected in life form. Always asking “why?” he was able to experiment designing his abstract ideas of art, color and composition. Within time he was more interested in objects that could be used by and for humans. This early and constant experience towards design allowed him to create his ideas in a swift and clean fashion.
Upon his insertion into the Veritas Design University, he was able to explore further his ideas on design, always clean, innovative and very detailed; his interest in design grew up and he began to assist design conventions and conferences both in Costa Rica and abroad. His passion for design makes him a constant learner, quickly defining his design concepts and approach towards solving requirements.
Mario has been recognized for his proposals and has been published in design publications and has also been invited to participate in joint exhibitions in the Museum of Modern Art and Design of Costa Rica among others.
